Do I prepare these documents?
No. All documents are prepared at our Central Processing Centers. |

How does their service work?
Your customers complete a simple workbook that guides them step-by-step through all the details we need to complete their documents accurately and efficiently. After the customer fills out this simple workbook, we take the information and prepare the necessary court documents at our Central Processing Center. We The People then transmits the documents to your individual store(s), ready for presentation and delivery to your customers. |

You will be able to offer your customers 2-5 days service for most documents. |

What is the next step, after document preparation?
Documents are ready to be filed with the courts. Your customers can either file their own documents, or, in some states, you can offer filing as a part of your service. The courts will require a filing fee. |

We The People's Real Estate Department will assist you with your location, signage, and getting your store open. |
